Frequently Asked Questions
What CSV files do I need to upload?
The Keyword Report is required (or Search Term Report). Campaign Report, Product Targeting Report, and Business Metrics CSV improve accuracy but are optional. Export all from Amazon Advertising > Reports. No account connection required — just the downloaded files.
Is my Amazon data safe?
Yes. All analysis runs entirely in your browser using JavaScript. Your CSV data is never uploaded to any server. Nothing leaves your device.
How does the keyword classification work?
Each keyword is classified into one of four buckets: WASTE (pause — clicks with no orders, negative profit, or ACoS > 1.8x target), WINNER (scale — positive profit, high CVR, ACoS within target), TESTING (monitor — insufficient clicks for a decision), or OPPORTUNITY (fund aggressively — exceptional CVR but severely underfunded).
What is the Agency Scorecard?
The Agency Scorecard rates your current PPC management 0–100 across five dimensions: waste control (25 pts), scaling accuracy (20 pts), campaign structure (20 pts), profit impact (20 pts), and TACoS management (15 pts). It produces a Strong / Average / Weak verdict with specific strengths and failure points.
What is TACoS and why does it matter?
TACoS (Total Advertising Cost of Sales) is ad spend divided by total revenue — including organic sales, not just ad-attributed sales. Unlike ACoS, it measures the true advertising burden on your business. A TACoS below 10–12% is generally healthy; above 20% indicates ad spend is cannibalising organic profitability.
